I haven't posted on here in so long! There is a lot of catching up to do! I've started exploring the world of fondant and tiering so there should be some interesting things...let's start with my very first fondant cake! I gave this away as a birthday cake. It was Key Lime Pie and turned out pretty good! The fondant I made from scratch using a marshmallow fondant recipe from Wilton. I must say it really does taste so much better than the store bought stuff.
